摘　　要：在阐述时间管理相关概念及理论演变基础上,引入经济学研究方法,对高校管理者的时间管理进行论述。On the basis of expatiating the relevant concepts of time management and theoretical changes, this paper presents the prevailing ideas about time management, and uses methods of economic research to discuss the administrators＇ time management in higher education institutes.
