建立保持党员先进性长效机制的实践与思考

摘　　要：保持共产党员先进性教育是党的建设一项新的伟大工程,建立保持党员先进性长效机制是高校党建的工作重点,对于加强基层党组织建设至关重要。结合实践,探讨了高校院(系)党组织党员长期受教育、保持党员先进性要建立学习教育、队伍管理、联系服务群众、激励引导和考核监督等五个方面的长效机制。The instruction for Party members to maintain the advanced nature is a great project for Party construction. To maintain the enduring effect of advanced nature is the key point for Party construction in colleges and universities, which is essential to the strengthening of Party committee at the basic level. Basing on the practical experience, the author tries to explore the long - effective way to maintain the advanced nature. ,which includes such five aspects as instruction and study, management of the membership, contact with and service for the masses, encouragement and guidance and supervision and assessment.
