摘  要:基于PC机和W indows操作系统的开放式数控系统是数控技术的发展方向.介绍了在快速点(磨削)成形机的开发中,利用GE-300-SG-PC I运动控制卡,采用“NC嵌入PC”结构构建开放式数控系统,完成了该系统硬件总体结构构建和基于W indows操作系统下的软件平台设计.针对此快速点(磨削)成形机开放式数控系统,介绍了该运动控制卡及其与主机之间的通讯.此系统缩短了开发周期,具有开放程度高、运动轨迹控制精确、通用性好等特点,具有较好的发展前景和经济效益.Open-architecture CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) system based on PC and Windows operating system is the trend of the CNC. The study of the fast point (grinding) forming machine is introduced in this paper. The GE-300-SG-PCI motion control card and a NC-embedded PC open-architecture CNC system are applied in the research. The design of the hardware structure and the software platform based on Windows operating system is accomplished. The motion control card and the communication between the motion control card and PC are introduced expecially for open-architecture CNC system of this fast point (grinding) forming machine. It is proved that the shorter the exploit period of this system is, the higher the degree of opening is, the better the motion control is, and it could be in common application. So this system has a good future of development and economic benefit.
