三维适形放疗技术在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析三维适形放疗治疗的临床应用价值。方法采用三维适形放疗治疗恶性肿瘤63例,其中常规外照射0Gy-40Gy、适形剂量2.0Gy-3.0Gy/每次,每日1次,每周5次,肿瘤局部应用总剂量:54Gy-76Gy(中位剂量62Gy)。结果CT显示完全缓解8.0%(5/63),部分缓解70%(44/63),总有效率78%(49/63)。全部病例未发生Ⅱ级以上急性反应。结论三维适形放疗对恶性肿瘤疗效确切,不良反应可耐受。Objective To evaluate clinical application of 3 - dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3 - DCRT） .Methods 3- DCRT was applied to 63 cases. The patients, were first treated by conventional radiotherapy with the dose of 0 Gy - 40 Gy, then ird3oost with 3 - CRT, 2.0 Gy - 3.0 Gy per fraction, once daily, 5 days per week. The medium - dose of primary tumor were 62 Gy （range 54 Gy - 76 Gy）. Results CT showed that there were 5 cases of CR （40.4%） and 44 cases of PR （50.9%）. The local response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 78%（49/63）. All the patients did not develop radioreactions exceeding grade 2. Conclusion It has been proven to be effective using 3D- CTR treating the malignant tumor with tolerable toxicity.
