摘　　要：教学过程中要使每个学生都能得到不断发展,就必须重视学生的个体差异,营造民主、宽松的课堂氛围,尊重差异化的学习方式和思维方式,并通过多元化的评价手段来实现个性化教学目标。In the teaching process each students should be encouraged to obtain the unceasing development, with emphasis on the student＇s individual differences, creating a democracy and relaxed classroom atmosphere, respecting for differences of learning styles and ways of thinking. Multiplex appraisal method helps to achieve Individualized teaching goal.
