摘　　要：为了有效解决设计知识服务系统的知识获取问题,为设计者提供有效、准确的设计知识服务,从而提高设计效率,在分析涟波下降规则方法的基础上,提出了基于涟波下降规则的设计知识服务模型,并进一步分析了该系统的知识获取过程。结合不同类型的设计知识的特点,通过涟波下降规则有效的实现了经验设计知识的获取,在专家进行设计过程中可以及时对专家的知识进行获取、组织及应用,且通过和用户进行交互,对知识逐步进行处理和加工,使得能够向用户提供所需要的知识及服务。最后通过一个应用实例,验证了该设计知识服务模型的有效性。How to effectively provide accurate design knowledge service to the designers has decisive influence on the enterprises. Design is a knowledge-intensive process; Design knowledge acquisition is significant yet difficult for the design knowledge service system. In the paper, considering the features of ripple down rules （RDR） method, a model for RDR-based design knowledge service system （RDR DKSS） is proposed and analyzed. The process of design knowledge acquisition for realizing the system is analyzed further. When the experts solve the problem, the RDR system can process the knowledge at the same time. Finally, an example is given to describe the application of the RDR method.
