不同分子量的聚缩水甘油苯基醚的合成与表征

摘　　要：用正丁基锂作催化剂,合成了不同分子量的聚缩水甘油苯基醚预聚体(PPGE),再分别与浓硫酸进行磺化,制得了不同磺化度的高分子表面活性剂聚缩水甘油苯基醚磺酸钠(SPPGE)。通过VPO,NMR,IR测试了聚醚预聚体的分子量,磺酸聚醚的磺化度。结果表明PPGE的分子量为1000到3000,SPPGE的磺化度大于150%。A serious of poly phenyl glycidyl ether with different molecular weight （PPGE） were synthesized via the plolymeration of phenyl glycidyl ether in the presence of n-BuLi. Sodium poly phenyl glycidyl ether sulfonate were synthesis via the sulfonation of poly phenyl glycidyl ether with sulfuric acid. With VPO, NMR, IR, the number average molecular of polyether and sulfonation degree of sulfonated polyether were characterized. The result shows that the range of molecular weight of PPGE from 1000 to 3000 and its sulfonation degree can be more than 150%.
