摘　　要：目的研究Bio-Liner软衬材料用于全口义齿的临床效果。方法将102例全牙列缺失患者随机分为2组,A组采用Bio Liner软衬材料全口义齿衬垫修复,B组采用常规方法未用软衬材料修复,分别于修复后1、3、6、12、24个月行满意度临床评价,Ridit统计检验两组有无差异。结果修复后1、36、、12个月,A组患者满意度高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。24个月后,两组患者满意度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论Bio-Liner软衬材料能在短期内提高全口义齿患者的满意度,缩短患者的适应期。Objective To study the clinical effects of Bio-Liner soft-lining material for complete dentures. Methods 102 cases of complete denture were divided into two groups randomly. Group A adopted Bio-Liner soft-lining material, but group B didn＇ t. They were followed up at intervals of 1,3,6 months and 1,2 years. The effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After having used complete dentures, the effects of Bio-Liner soft-lining material were significantly better than those of group B after 1,3,6 months and 1 year （ P 〈 0. 01）. There was no significant difference between the two groups after 2 years （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Bio-Liner soft-lining material can improve the clinical effects of complete dentures in a short time.
