中期因子在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨中期因子(midkine,MK)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测midkine在卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤,卵巢交界性肿瘤和卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达水平,同时测定正常卵巢上皮组织中midkine的表达水平作为对照。结果在正常卵巢及良性卵巢病变的上皮组织中midkine无表达或仅微弱表达;而在上皮性卵巢癌组织中为高表达,差异有显著性(P<0.01),但与病理类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移及年龄间均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌在蛋白质水平上表达midkine增加。midkine可能在卵巢癌血管生成中发挥重要作用,还可能作为一种有价值的肿瘤标志物。Objective To investigate the expression of midkine in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues and evaluate its.clinical significance. Methods Expression of midkine in ovarian benign epithelial tumors, borderline epithelial tumors and malignant tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The midkine had no expression or expressed faintly in normal ovarial epithelial tissues;But in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues, its expression was all high, it showed a great significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. No relationship was found among pathological type, clinical stage, metastasis and age（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion In human epithelial ovarian carcinoma,midkine overexpress at protein level. The midkine may develop an important function in angiogenesis and may still be a kind of worthy tumor marker.
