摘 要:目的建立一种用于评价高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)在组织中的聚焦性能、与生物组织的声学特性和热学性质一致的仿组织体模。方法用水、明胶、生物组织等材料制成仿组织体模,并对其进行声学特性、热学性质和HIFU生物学效应等测试。结果自制体模结构均匀,具有与人体软组织相似的声衰减系数、比热容、导热系数及与人体软组织相似的HIFU生物学效应。结论本实验自制的仿组织体模可以用于进行HIFU生物学效应的实验研究,检测HIFU治疗头的聚焦性能。Objective To develop one tissue mimicking phantom which can be used to evaluate the focusing performance of the HIFU energy transducer, and the phantom should have the same acoustic characteristics and thermotics characteristics as the biological tissues. Methods The tissue mimicking phantom was made from water, gelatin and some fresh biologic tissues. The ultrasonic and thennotics parameters of the phantom were measured and the HIFU biological effects of the phantom were detected. Results The selfmade phantom was well- distributed and constructed, which resmbled ultrasonic and thennophysical property and HIFU biological effects. Conclusion The phantom we prepared successfully can be used to investigate the HIFU biological effects and detect the focusing performance of the HIFU energy transducer.
