土鸡蛋与蛋鸡蛋的蛋清中粗蛋白含量比较研究

摘　　要：利用国际上通用的蛋白质测定的标准方法——凯氏定氮法,对土鸡蛋与蛋鸡蛋蛋清中的粗蛋白含量进行测定,并经过t检验后,得到了两者无显著差异的结论。Following the international standard method of protein mensuration ——Micro-Kjeldahl method, the crude protein content between the native egg and the egg-hen egg was determined. After t-test, the results showed that there was no significant difference between them.
