中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察帕夫林联合醋酸曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的效果。了解中药制剂帕夫林对OLP患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:60例OLP患者随机分成两组,A组:30例,醋酸曲安奈德局部病损区内注射,每周一次,共4次,加用帕夫林口服每次2片,每天2次,共2个月;B组:30例,醋酸曲安奈德局部病损区内注射,每周一次,共4次。结果:A组和B组近、远期有效率分别为90.00%、53.33%(P<0.01);59.26%、22.22%(P<0.05);年复发率分别为40.74%,77.78%(P<0.05)。两组疗效差异有显著性。OLP患者治疗前外周血CD 3、CD 8比率高于正常人,CD 4、CD 8比率低于正常人,加用帕夫林治疗后,其比值恢复正常。结论:中西医结合治疗OLP较单纯应用西药疗效好,复发率低。Objective： To observe the effects of total glucosides of paenia （TGP） combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate OR. patients with oral lichen planus （OLP）. Methods：Sixty OLP patients were divided into two groups. Group A （30 cases） were treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection once a week for a month,and were given 2 tablets of TGP twice a day for 2 months. Group B （30 cases ） were given triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection alone. Results： A short- term effctive rate： 90. 00% in Group A and 53. 33% in Group B（ P 〈 0.01 ）,a long--term effctive rate： 59.26% in Group A and 22.22% in Group B （P〈 0.05 ）,and an annual relapse rate：40. 74% in Group A and 77. 78% in Group B （P 〈0.05） . Before the treatment,the peripheral blood CD3/CD8 ratio of patients with OLP was significantly increased,while the CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly decreased,compared with health people （P〈 0.05） . Having added TGP in the treatment,both the CD3/CD8 ratio and the CD4/CD8 ratio of the patients were recovered to normal after treatment. Conclusion： The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of oral lichen planus is more effective than the western medicine treatment alone and the relapse rate is lower.
