摘　　要：用保卫学的理论来研究分析,和谐高校应该具备稳定的校园局势、强力的治安保障、良好的法制环境、协调的人文关系和有序的校园秩序等要素,而这些要素与高校保卫工作有着密切的关联,因此保卫工作对和谐高校的构建具有重要作用。Viewed from security theory perspective, a harmonious university should possess the features of a stable situation, strong security guarantee, good law and order, harmonious human relationship and a safe campus. These features are closely connected with the security work and the security department functions play an important role in constructing a harmonious university.
