摘 要:互联网艺术兴起于20世纪末,如今正随着互联网应用的普及而不断扩大其影响。作为“第四媒体”的互联网包括物理层、服务层与文化层,它们分别体现了互联网作为电信媒体、提供交互式服务、崇尚新变的特点。与此相应,互联网艺术与历史上的电信艺术、交互性艺术及新媒体艺术一脉相承。它融会诸家又自成一派,是以信息基础设施为依托、以交互性为特色的新媒体艺术。Internet art came into being at the end of 20th century and has been broadening its influence with the prevalence of internet. Internet, as " the Fourth Medium" , includes physical layer, service layer and cultural layer, which respectively represent the features of telecommunication medium, interactive service and the characteristic of ever changing. Correspondingly, internet art comes down in one continuous line with the telecommunication art, interactive art and new media arts in the history. As a new media art based on the information infrastructure and featured interaction, it is unique in its own style, while connected with others.
