摘　　要：系统分析了解决股权分置问题中需要考虑的各种指标.采用德尔菲法和统计分析对指标进行筛选,建立相应的层次指标体系,并利用层次分析法合理确定出各项指标的权重.研究表明:保证证券市场稳定在10项考虑的指标中占了很大的权重,具有绝对的重要性;其次是优化资源配置.The indexes should be considered when solving the difference problem of a corporation stocks＇ circulation are analysed. Employing Delphi method and statistical analysis,some indexes and a hierarchy indexes system are given. AHP （analytical hierarchy process） is employed to quantify with reason the weights of each index. It is shown that maintaining security market steady is the most important in these ten kinds of indexes and the next is the optimizing sources arrangement
