摘　　要：目的研究影响牙周系统治疗维护阶段病人依从性的原因。方法对136例就诊的临床诊断为“慢性牙周炎”的患者采用深入访谈法调查影响牙周系统治疗维护阶段病人依从性的原因。结果患者对牙周病的认知程度可能是阻碍病人牙周系统治疗维护阶段按时复诊的决定性因素,而文化程度和月收入虽对病人此阶段良好依从性有一定影响但为非决定性因素。结论切实向病人宣传牙周病的病因、病程、治疗计划、预后可以获得良好的依从性,取得牙周病长期稳定的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the reason why patients can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance. Methods To communicate well with 136 patients who were diagnosed periodontitis to know why they can not continue or complete the periodontal treatment stage of maintenance. Results How deep the patients know about the importance of the stage of maintenance is the main reason to stop them continue or complete the stage of maintenance therapy. Conclusions To communicate well with periodontal patients can make them know much about periodontitis and they can complete periodontal treatment plan better.
