摘　　要：头孢菌素类抗生素药物是临床上用于治疗细菌感染所导致疾病的常用药物,已发展到第4代.目前头孢菌素类药物的研究热点在于寻找对耐药的革兰氏阳性致病菌敏感,尤其是对耐甲氧西林金葡萄球菌(MRSA)敏感的头孢烯酸类化合物及对高活性化合物进行结构修饰,改善其药学性质.就研发中的头孢菌素类化合物的结构、抗菌谱和抗菌活性作一简要综述.Cephalosporin drugs are widely used in treatment of bacterial infectious diseases in clinic, far, they have been developed the forth generation. The research is being dedicated to developing for that new cephalosporin drugs with high antibacterial activities against gram-posltlve （G^＋）, especially against methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus （MRSA）, and prodrugs with improving pharmaceutical properties. The chemical structure, antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity of the developing cephalosporin antibiotics are reviewed.
