摘  要:文章在分析技术应用对成本影响的基础上,认为技术升级和共享开放教育资源并不意味着教育和学习成本一定会降低。因此应注意提高资源利用率,降低成本损耗,区分固定成本与可变成本以及在不同技术环境和教学模式条件下其构成的变化。基于网络教学互动增加,必然提高服务成本和边际成本,合理配置生师比,控制好规模、质量、效益和成本的关系,才能保持一个较经济的规模。Based on the analysis of the influence of technology application on DE cost,the author points out that technology upgrade and the sharing of open education resources do not necessarily mean a decline of learning costs.What matters is to make more efficient use of the resources,to reduce wastage,to differentiate fixed costs and variable costs,and their ratio change under different technical environment and teaching modes.Multimedia-based independent learning,with its scale economy feature,can bring down cost per capita through size expansion.As for Network-based education,more interaction means more service costs and marginal costs.In order to maintain an economical scale,we should protect teachers and encourage students by keeping a reasonable teacher-student ratio and coordinate the relations between scale,quality,efficiency and costs.
