摘　　要：学会多条腿走路是促进地方电大发展的有效途径,在电大教育中有效发展其他形式的教育,对地方电大的发展不仅没有影响,反而能够激活地方电大的办学机制,为电大发展打下坚实的基础。It is the effective way of promoting the local electric great development that society many legs walk, developed education of other forms in the education of TV university effectively, the development of the local TV university was not not merely influenced, can activate the mechanism of running a school of the local TV universit）, instead, lay a solid foundation for the electric great development.
