摘  要:为了解决小型工业汽轮机组调节、控制系统设备简陋,动态响应和稳态精确度差的问题,提出了一种采用交流伺服电机的自动调节系统。在对调节系统部件特性数据分析的基础上,应用机理分析法,建立了工业汽轮机交流伺服调节系统的数学模型,并利用Matlab(Simulink)进行了动态仿真,对PID的增益和时间常数进行了优化。结果表明,采用交流伺服电机作为执行器和数字PID控制策略的调节系统比传统的机械式调节系统具有更优良的动态和稳态性能指标,推进了工业汽轮机交流伺服调节系统的研究。This paper presents an automatic governing system based on AC servo motor, which san solve the problem of slow dynamic response and low accuracy of steady-state from simple equipment of small industrial steam turbine. Based on the analysis of parts characteristic data, mathematical model of AC servo governing system is established applying mechanism analysis. It performs the system of dynamic simulation by means of Simulink in Matlab. The numeric PID controller' s plus and time constant are optimized. The result of simulation shows that the system which the executor of AC servo motor and the numeric PID control strategy are adopted improves the more dynamic response and the accuracy of the steady-state than the conventional mechanical governing system. The theoretics bases are provided for AC servo governing system of industrial steam turbine.
