膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生同期手术治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生同期手术治疗的可行性,以及手术方式的选择。方法:对32例膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生同期进行手术治疗,分别行根治性全膀胱切除术1例,膀胱全切术4例,膀胱部分切除术+前列腺摘除术12例,经尿道行膀胱肿瘤和前列腺电切术(TUR)15例。结果:本组病人均顺利康复,无并发症,随访3￣61个月,肿瘤复发5例,但均未在前列腺窝。结论:膀胱肿瘤合并良性前列腺增生同期手术效果显著,且经济、安全。Objective To explore the feasibility and operative style of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method 32 cases with tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with operation at the same time. Among them, 1 case was given radical cystectomy, 4 cases were given cystectomy, 12 cases were given partial cystectomy and prostatectomy, and 15 cases were given transurethral electrosection for tumor of bladder and prostate. Results 32 cases all received recovery and had no complications. All the cases were followed up from 3 to 61 months, and 5 cases showed tumor recurrence, but the sites were not on the base of protate. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of homeochronous operative treatment on tumor of bladder plus benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant, also economic and safe.
