摘　　要：介绍了南京大学国家物理学基础科学人才培养基地在教学条件建设、教学队伍建设、深化教学改革、实施科研训练与创新人才培养等方面的做法和体会.This paper is devoted to give a presentation on carrying out the project to construct the state base cultivating the talent of physics, in Department of Physics of Nanjing University, enhancing input in education, optimizing the teaching staff, reforming education programs and actualizing SRTP to cultivate the talented people with innovative quality.
