摘　　要：为适应中国防卫科技学院发展和开放的需要,开发出固定资产管理信息系统,应用于学校的国有资产管理。系统开发综合应用了Client/Serv(e客r户/服务器)技术和Browser/Serve(r浏览器/服务器)技术,为远程数据管理和用户查询提供了便利,应用数据审查机制保证了基本数据的安全可靠。此系统的应用提高了工作效率,同时实现了学校资产设备信息资源的可控开放与共享。Management information systems （MIS） are normally installed on networks rather than on single machine,because of the advantages of data management and information sharing. An asset management information system was developed and put into practice at our institute to meet the rapidly increasing needs of the university requirements. Both Client/Server and Browser/Server techniques were used in the system; therefore,convenient tools were provided to treat data and to query information. Basic data security was guaranteed by using up a data examination principle. Working procedures were reduced by the system so that working efficiency was increased. Equipment information was provided for internet visitors under the control of the data administrator.
