摘　　要：根据虚拟价值链中的RS模型中创建价值的方式,将在线拍卖综合评价指标划分为网站产品、拍卖规则、安全与支付、技术指标,然后再细分,建立合适的评价体系及权重,运用AHP层次分析法对易趣网和巴豆妖两个在线拍卖网站进行了综合比较,结果表明,建立的综合评价模型是比较合理可靠的。A comprehensive evaluation index is divid and payment,technical factors based on RS model. into four parts：products for auctions, auction rules, security Then they are described in detail and they are assigned with different weights. At last,two online sites Of http：//www.ebay.com.cn and http：//www.tsauction.online-game.com. cn/ are compared with AHP method based on the comprehensive evaluation index system. The result shows shat the evaluation model is rather reasonable and reliable.
