摘  要:用溶胶-凝胶方法制备的聚甲基苯基乙烯基硅氧烷/羟基硅油(PMPVS/OH-TSO)复合涂层的固相微萃取探头联用气相色谱测定水中了有机磷农药(OPPs).对固相微萃取的最佳条件进行了优化,该探头较商用探头有更高的萃取能力.方法的检测限低(0.14~1.89μg/L),重现性好(1.5%~7.9%),线性范围宽(至少两个数量级).用该探头测定了东湖水的有机磷农药,但上述5种OPPs均没有检测到,其回收率均大于82.7%.Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with a novel fiber coated with polymeth- ylphenylvinylsiloxane (PMPVS)/hydroxy-terminated silicone oil (OH-TSO) by sol-gel approach coupled to capillary gas chromatography (GC) was used to determine organophosphorous pesticides in water. Optimization was carried out for the determination of organophosphorous pesticide with this SPME fiber. Compared with commercial available SPME fibers, the sol-gel-coated PMPVS/OH-TSO had higher extraction efficiency for organophosphorous pesticides. Detection limits of the method for OPPs were 0.14μg/L- 89μg/L, the precisions were not more than 7.9%. The linear ranges for these analytes were over 2 orders of magnitude concentration range. It was used to determine the OPPs in DongHu water samples, but any of organophosphorus pesticides was not determined. Recoveries ranged from 82.7% to 97.1% for all the analytes.
