摘 要:以二甲亚砜/水为复合分散剂,通过偶氮二甲酰胺的插层-分解过程,制备出亚肼基二甲酰胺(俗称联二脲)插层蒙脱土新型复合材料。采用XRD、NMR、TG-DTAI、R等手段对新材料进行了表征。结果表明,偶氮二甲酰胺进入了蒙脱土层板间,经分解后以联二脲形式存在;蒙脱土层板间距由1.25 nm增大至1.95 nm;新型复合发泡剂中有机物的质量分数约为16.4%。考察了温度、酸碱性以及复合分散剂中水含量等制备条件对插层效果的影响。当温度为60℃、pH=9且复合分散剂中水含量为10%时,产物的层间距最大,层间有机物的量最多。A novel nano-composite, biurea (LDA) intercalated montmorillonte, was prepared by the novel intercalation-decomposition process of azodicarhonamide (AC) at the presence of mixed dispersant DMSO/H2O. The nano-composite were characterized by means of XRD, solid state NMR, thermal analyses and IR, etc. The interlayer distance of the montmorillonite composite was increased from 1.25 nm to 1.95 nm by the intercalation of AC and subsequent decomposition to LDA. The content of LDA in the composite was ca. 16.4 %. The interaction between LDA and the host layered material was conformed by IR spectra. The effects of various preparation conditions including temperature, pH and water content in mixed dispersant were investigated. The favoi, ite conditions were 60 ℃, pH = 9 and 10 % water in mixed dispersant.
