摘 要:目的观察急性白血病(AL)患者血液中微量元素的动态变化。方法用原子吸收光谱法测定50例急性白血病患者和40例正常人全血中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)的含量,同时对20例患者缓解前后进行了动态观察。结果AL初发组及复发组全血Cu、Ca的含量、Cu/Zn比值显著高于正常组及缓解组,全血Zn,Fe,Mg的含量低于对照组及缓解组,全血Mn含量与正常组及缓解组无显著改变。结论白血病急性期血液中微量元素有明显变化,全血Cu,Zn含量有更显著参考价值。Objective To investigate the content of trace element in acute leukemia(AL). Methods 6 kinds of trace element were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry in 50 cases of AL and 40 normal cases. Results The concentrations of Cu, Ca and the ratio of Cu/Zn in the whole blood are higher in untreated and relapsed AL than in the control group and remitted AL. the concentrations of Zn, Fe, Mg in the whole blood are lower in untreated and relapsed AL than in the control group and remitted AL. Conclusion The trace elements have a significant change in patients with untreated and relapsed AL. The concentrations of Cu, Zn in the whole blood plays a more important role than other elements.
