子宫内膜癌组织中基因p16和p27kip1的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究p16,p27kip1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术对65例子宫内膜癌组织进行表达检测,结合临床病理学指标进行分析。结果p16,p27kip1在65例子宫内膜癌组织的阳性表达率分别是47.7%和41.5%。p16,p27kip1在65例子宫内膜癌组织的阳性表达率均与组织学分级密切相关,在组织分化好者阳性表达率显著高于组织分化差者(均P<0.05)。结论p16,p27kip1在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起着重要的调控作用。p16和p27kip1的缺失表达与子宫内膜癌的生物学行为密切相关,对判断子宫内膜癌的预后和指导临床治疗均有重要意义。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p16 and p27kipl in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 65 cases of endometrial carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical method for p16 and p27kipl. Results The positive rates of p16 and p27kipl was 47.7 % and 41.5 % respectively. Both the expression of p16 and the expression of p27kipl were correlated with histologic differentiation. Conclusions p16 and p27kipl may play important roles in the development of endometrial carcinoma. They were important in predicting the prognosis and directing the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
