摘 要:为使定制产品更加贴近客户真实的个性需求,并使系统具有对产品配置进行评估和辅助决策的功能,建立了一种基于产品性能的兴趣取向定制模型,引入了零件性能指数和产品性能矩阵对性能进行量化。使用层次分析法和矩阵理论,设计了求解与兴趣需求对应的工程配置集合的方法,并提出了穷举遍历、贡献度淘汰和需求相似3种系统的产品配置生成算法。以不同兴趣需求下两种自行车产品性能优劣对比分析为例,通过综合性能指数的计算验证了模型的正确性。In order to make the customized product closely meet the customers' individualized requirements, and provide the system with functions of evaluation and auxiliary decision-making, a customization model based on the customer interest orientation was proposed. The product performance was quantified by introducing component performance index and product performance matrix. The solution to engineering configuration corresponding to interest orientation was developed with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and matrix theory. Three algorithms, the exhaustive method, the elimination by contributing weights method, and resemble vector method were used to generate product configuration. An application example of bicycle customization was given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
