摘  要:为向后续750kV超高压工程建设和百万伏级特高压工程建设提供参考和借鉴,对750kV官厅—兰州东输变电示范工程建设和运行过程中的经验进行总结和分析十分必要,应用单机无穷大母线系统小扰动线性化数学模型分析了小扰动试验过程中兰州东和官亭2站的有功功率变化过程,得出了在公伯峡电站切机的扰动情况下,西北电网系统阻尼比较弱,系统静态稳定性能较差,并将分析结果与切机小扰动试验时系统频率波动变化时间进行比较,发现试验结果与分析结果吻合。To proffer reference for follow-up 750kV and 1000kV ultra high voltage (UHV) power transmission projects, it is necessary to summarize and analyze the experiences from the construction and operation of 750kV transmission and transformation project from Guanting to East Lanzhou that is completed in September, 2005. By means of linear mathematical model of small disturbance for single machine infinite buses, the active power variation processes in East Lanzhou and No. 2 substation in Guanting, in other words at the both terminal of the pilot project, during small disturbance tests are analyzed. The results of the tests show that under the disturbance, i.e, the generating unit in Gongboxia power station is tripped out, the system damping of China Northwest Power Grid is insufficient, so that the static stability of the grid is weak. Comparing the analysis results with the fluctuation time of system frequency during the tests, it is found that test results coincide with analysis results.
