旱地油瓜块茎无性繁殖技术的初步研究

摘　　要：通过对旱地油瓜不同种源、不同年龄、不同长度块茎等处理试验,得出旱地油瓜可以进行块茎繁殖,1年生块茎繁殖效果较好。完整块茎处理成活率最高,枝蔓生长量最大;其次为茎顶部处理,成活率和枝蔓生长量均大于对照。茎长2 cm、4 cm两个处理成活率和枝蔓生长量与对照差别很小。Through the test about Cucurbita foetidissima tuberoid of different ages and length, the results show that the tuberoid can be regarded as propagation material of Cucurbita foetidissima, and one-year-old tuberoid has better propagation ability. While in survival rate and vine growth, compared with the control, the completed tuberoid treat shows the best, and the tuberoid top treat shows better, and 2cm and 4cm long tuberoid treats show little difference.
