摘  要:目的评价脑脊液14-3-3蛋白与多发性硬化(MS)患者轴索损害之间的关系。方法从47例MS患者及36例对照中获取脑脊液标本,用免疫印迹法分析脑脊液14-3-3蛋白条带。结果MS患者脑脊液14-3-3蛋白阳性率为24.5%,急性期起病的患者12例中7例阳性;阳性的患者其扩展的残疾功能状况量表评分均≥2.0分,且>4.5分的患者阳性率更高。结论免疫印迹法分析脑脊液14-3-3蛋白对判断MS患者急性期是否出现轴索损害及遗留神经功能缺损有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between 14-3-3 protein in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the axonal damage of multiple sclerosis. Methods The 14-3-3 immuno-reactivity was analyzed by immuno-blot analysis in the CSF samples obtained from 47 patients with multiple sclerosis, as well as from 36 controls. Results CSF 14-3-3 reactivity was positive in 24.5% of the MS patients and in 58.3% of the patients within acute period. The more severe the disability of the MS patients as judged by expanded disability status scale, the higher the positive rate of CSF 14-3-3 reactivity. Conclusion Immuno-blot of analysis of 14-3-3 protein in CSF is valuable in assessing axonal damage of multiple sclerosis and could be a useful biomarker to predict neurological impairment.
