羟基磷灰石复合体修复爆裂性眶壁骨折的临床体会

摘　　要：目的评估羟基磷灰石复合体在眶壁骨折整复中的应用效果。方法应用羟基磷灰石复合体修复眶壁骨折18例。结果术后最长随诊时间2年,未发现排斥反应,效果满意。结论羟基磷灰石复合体是较为理想的充填材料。Objective To evaluate the application of the hydroxyapatite complex in the orbit fracture taxis. Methods 18 cases of the orbital blowout fracture were reconstracted with the hydroxyapatite complex. Results The reconstructed cases were followed up as long as two years with satisfying postoperative results. Conclusions The hydroxyapatite complex is the ideal filling material.
