摘  要:目的探讨外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对痴呆老龄鼠中枢神经系统P物质(SP)及胆碱乙酰转移酶活性(ChAT_IR)表达的影响。方法采用迷宫测试痴呆老龄鼠空间学习及记忆,用免疫组织化学技术观察SP、ChAT_IR在相关脑区表达。结果用药后痴呆老龄鼠游完水迷宫时间明显缩短(P<0.01),相关脑区SP及ChAT表达明显提高(P<0.01)。结论外源性NGF使相关脑区SP及ChAT_IR表达增加,改善了痴呆老龄鼠空间学习及记忆能力,能够保护、支持、修复神经元。Objective To explore the effect of exogeneous NGF on the expression of ChAT-IR and SP in the central nervous system of demential senile mice. Method Morris water labyrinth was adopted to test the spatial learning and memory function of mice. Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe the expression of ChaT-IR and SP in dementialy senile mice before and after NGF administration. Result The exogeneous NGF improved the spatial learning and memory function of senile mice and expression of ChAT-IR in related area in the brain. SP expression significantly increased in comparison with that before administration ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Exogeneous NGF can improve the intelligence of aged mice and significantly increase the expression of ChAT-IR and SP in related area in the brain. The exogeneous NGF may exert protective, supportive and repairing effects on neurons.
