摘 要:目的探讨细胞黏附分子CD44s和CD15在前列腺癌(PCa)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例前列腺癌(PCa)组织和15例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中CD44s和CD15的表达,并用图像分析系统测量CD44s和CD15的平均光密度值。结果(1)PCa组织中CD44s的表达明显低于BPH组织(P<0.01);CD44s在PCa组织中的表达随着Gleason分级、临床分期的增加而明显降低(P<0.01);转移组中CD44S表达明显低于无转移组(P<0.01)。(2)PCa组织中CD15的表达显著高于BPH(P<0.01),CD15在PCa组织中的表达随着Gleason分级、临床分期的增加而增强(P<0.001);转移组中CD15的表达显著高于无转移组(P<0.001)。(3)在PCa组织中CD44S与CD15表达呈负相关(r=-0.785,P<0.001)。结论CD44s和CD15的异常表达在PCa的恶性进展过程中起重要作用,将两者结合分析,可更准确判断肿瘤恶性程度、转移和预后。Objective:To investigate expression of cell adhesion molecule CD44s and CD15 in prostate carcinoma(PCa), and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods. Forty-two cases of PCa and 15 of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) were detected by immunlhistochemical technique and the intensity of CD44S and CD15 expression was assessed by computer image analysis system. Results: (1)The intensity of CD44S expression was significantly lower in PCa than that in BPH. PCa showed significant loss of CD44s expression, which correlated with the rise of tumor Gleason grade and clinical stage(P〈0.01), The intensity of CD44s expression was significantly lower in metastasis group than that in non-metastasis group(P〈0.01). (2)The intensity of CD15 expres- sion was significantly higher in PCa than that in BPH. The up-regulation of the CD15 correlated with the rise of tumor Gleason grade and clinical stage(P〈0.01), The intensity of CD15 expression was significantly higher in metastasis group than in non-metastasis group. (3)There was significant reverse correlation between the expression level of CD44s and CD15 (r=-0. 785,P〈0. 001). Conclusion: Aberrant expressions of CD44s and CD15 may be correlated with clinical stage, Gleason grade and metastasis in PCa. CD44s and CD15 play an important role in the malignant progression of PCa, and could be used as a marker of malignant potention and prognosis of patient with PCa.
