摘　　要：在简要回顾企业家特性对企业家行为影响的基础上,结合我国制度转型的特殊背景,介绍了制度企业家的相关研究,并指出政府宜从制度安排的3个维度来改善企业家活动的制度环境.On reviewing theories on the characteristics of entrepreneurs, we discuss the effect on the decision making of entrepreneurship. Considering our special context of institutinal transition economy, we also introduce research on institution and theories on entrepreneur. Then we draw the conclusion that our government should improve the institutional environment for entrepreneurial activity from three dimensions, which are normative, cognitive, and regular institution.
