摘　　要：针对智能交通通信系统存在的“互操作”和“互换性”差的问题,在介绍NTCIP协议框架的基础上,分析了其C2C通信协议的优劣,提出了用XML/SOAP来实现C2C通信的方案。In the light of the problem of interoperability and interchangeability in the ITS＇s communication system, on the basis of the NTCIP framework, the paper analyzed the advantages and disad- vantages of ITS protocols in NTCIP for Center-to-Center communications and ＇presented the method of XML/SOAP to realize the Center-to-Center communications.
