边界视角下的企业集团战略重组行为的本质、动机与模式研究

摘　　要：以边界为视角,将企业集团战略重组行为划分为产权转移型、扩张型、收缩型和战略转移型四种方式,并进一步考察不同战略重组行为的动机、模式及其与边界重构的互动关系,以此探寻企业集团战略重组的本质特点。In the perspective of boundary, this paper divides the enterprise groups strategic restructuring behavior into four ways, such as the property right shift, the expansion, the contraction and the strategic shift, motivation, pattern and its interrelation with the boundary restructuring of different enterprise groups strategic restructuring behavior is further discussed in order to quest for the essential characteristic of enterprise groups strategic restructuring behavior.
