摘　　要：劳动关系是劳动者与劳动力使用者为实现生产过程所结成的社会经济关系。我国的经济体制经历了计划经济时期、计划经济向社会主义市场经济过渡时期以及社会主义市场经济体制进一步完善时期,企业劳动关系也经历了三大阶段的历史变迁,而在未来新的时期,我国企业劳动关系还将呈现出“三方权利”的特点。Labor relations are social and economic relations between laborers and labor force users in the production process. China＇s economic system has come through three phases of planning economy, transition from planning economy to socialist market economy and more development of market economy. The labor relations in enterprises have also gone through the three phases. In the future, the labor relations in enterprises will present characteristics of ＂tripartite fights＂
