摘　　要：立足于犯罪人与正常人的“同一性”,从经济学角度出发,在大多数情况下,行为人作为理性人所实施的犯罪应该看作一种理性行为,行为人基于效益、机会成本、边际量和风险承担的考虑来决定是否实施犯罪以及是否继续实施犯罪。研究犯罪就是为了预防犯罪,运用经济学的方法,通过对犯罪心理的分析可以有针对性地预防犯罪。Established on sameness between criminals and normal people,in the perspective of economics, crimes which are committed by offenders as rational economic man, in most cases, should be viewed as reasonable acts. Offenders decide whether they act criminal acts and go on or not on the basis of benefit, opportunity cost,limit deal and burden of risk. The aim of researching crime is to prevent crime and by the means of economies we aim at guard against crime through the analysis on criminal psychology.
