摘　　要：教研室作为现阶段我国普通高校的组织结构中的最基层组织,在教学工作中起着举足轻重的作用。本文阐述了高校教研室的任务、功能与作用,探讨了教研室工作与教学评估的关系,在分析目前高校教研室工作中存在的主要问题的基础上提出了加强教研室建设工作的措施。The teaching ＆ research section, a basic unit for the institution of higher education in our country, plays a very important role in teaching. This paper discusses its tasks and functions, probes into the relationship between its work and the teaching evaluation. Based on the analysis of the problems in its work, measures are put forward in this paper on how to reinforce the construction of the teaching ＆ research group.
