摘　　要：通过对小批量生产组织模式的对比,介绍成组技术的概念和基本原理,并通过零件分组方法的提出,从产品设计、制造及生产管理等方面简述成组技术在现代制造业中的应用。The concept and basic principles on GT is introduced through the contrast about small batch production pattern. And the writer also discussed the application of GT in the morden manufacturing from product design, manufacturing and management through the method of part grouping put forward.
