摘　　要：有人在对过去50年内全球500强企业的淘汰状况作过调查之后认为，一些大企业之所以能够取得成功，与其对企业内外部信息资源的及时掌握和判断处理有着必然的联系。从市场发展角度来看，随着企业经营规模和业务范围的不断扩大，任何一家企业内外部信息资源的整合都将成为企业长远发展的战略基础，而这有赖于企业信息化管理体系的建立。From the wind trend of construction machinery leasing industry,whether the leasing operation is regular or not and whether,the equipments are idle or not,directly affect the company's economic benefits,just be- cause of the equipment's large circulation and high cost.So the real- time monitoring of the company's inner information and the gradual adjustment of the operation strategy based on the monitoring result have become the emphases.Otherwise,as the business is growing continuously,the inside and outside customer management and infor- mation feedback are needed to be more and more systemic and timely. All these make the company to commence setting up Management In- formation System(MIS).In the international market,some famous for- eign machinery leasing companies have set up their own information network.Following this trend,the domestic companies also begin to build their own MIS.However,there is still a large difference between the domestic companies'management information development and that of those foreign companies. How to build the management information system has become an im- portant topic.
