摘  要:栓线法制备的大鼠局灶性大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO)具有不开颅、效果肯定、可控制缺血与再灌注时间的特点,该模型自创建以来得到广泛应用。但由于该模型手术操作比较复杂,许多因素可直接影响模型的成功率,结果给复制带来较大的困难。针对该模型存在的不足,学者们对手术操作、栓线的制备进行了改进,并探讨了手术中动物的选择、麻醉剂的选择等影响因素。The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats remained a focus cerebral ischemic model that is non-incisioned, reliable, as well as the ischemic and refusion time can be controlled, which is widely used since it was created. However, because, it is needed complex operations, associatied with many factors, it is difficult to establish. Many scholars have modified the operation, shape of the occlusion line, as well as the variety, narcotic drugs and so on.
