摘  要:目的为进一步开发预防和治疗口腔疾病的茶多酚制剂提供理论依据。方法查阅茶多酚的药理活性、应用现状、制剂现状等相关文献。结果茶多酚具有良好的抗氧化性能和显著的清除自由基能力,使其在口腔龋齿、口臭、牙周炎、口腔黏膜癌变等疾病治疗中应用广泛。结论茶多酚适合开发成为预防和治疗口腔疾病的天然药物。Objective To provide the theoretical basis for further developing the products of tea polyphenol for prevention and treatment of the oral disease polyphenol. Methods Check latest literatures about tea polyphenol of pharmacology, application present situation, product present situation etc. in oral disease. Results Tea polyphenol has the excellent antioxidiative function and obvious ability in the clearance of free radicals, shows the widespread application in the treatment of carious teeth, halitosis, peridentitis and the cancer of the mouth cavity mucosa. Conclusion Tea polyphenol is suitable for developing as the natural medicine of the prevention and the treatment in the oral diseases.
