摘 要:清末民初,是中国社会从传统向近代转化时期,随着近代教育的兴起和发展,出现了一个具有近代意义的职业群体——教师群体。它不同于传统意义上的学官、私塾先生,也不同于现代意义上的教师,而是带有明显的过渡性特征,即群体的构成新旧杂糅;知识结构由单一转向多元;身份处在由官到师的转变时期。对这一群体进行分析,有利于认识事物在社会转型期呈现出的特殊性和复杂性。The period during late Qing dynasty and early Republic of China is the transitional period of the Chinese society from tradition to modem. During this period, along with beginning and development of modem education, it appeared a modem significant professional community-teacher community. It is different from traditional education official and private teacher, also different from teacher today. There are some obvious transitional traits on it. First, it's a mixture of old and new intellectual, second, the knowledge structure of teachers during this period is from single cultural to the multicultural, third, it's identity changed from official to teacher during this time. Analysis this phenomenon can have an objective understanding about the particularity and the complexity of society transitional time.
