摘 要:饮茶习俗的进一步发展和宋代市民社会的形成、发展使中国饮茶进入一个新的发展阶段———点茶。宋代理学的发达,使宋代宫廷饮茶和地方官吏以及文人学士极力推崇以品茶为雅的做法,给茶具提出了新的要求。同时,理学“格物致知”、为学严谨的思想,也把宋代茶具推向极精极致的境界;而宋代社会自上而下的侈靡之风,造就了宋代独具特色的黑釉盏和金银具。茶具不仅仅是一个器具,更成为宋人标榜文雅和斗富的工具。The further development of tea-&inking custom and the formation of the civic society in the Song dynasty made the Chinese tea-drinking enter a new developmental stage-tea-ordering. The rationalistic Confucian philosophical school that developed in the Song dynasty urged the court, local officials and scholars to hold in high esteem the tea-sipping with critical appreciation of its taste and quality. New requirements were thus presented for the tea set. Meanwhile, the thought of the rationalistic Confucian philosophical school for pursuing knowledge through intense study and doing academic research meticulously also pushed the tea set of the Song dynasty to the acme of perfection. Furthermore, the extravagant and wasteful trend in the Song dynasty made the unique black-glazed cup and gold-silver tea set. Tea set was not only a ware hut also a tool to display elegance and hattie wealth by the Song people.
