摘　　要：论述了一个基于校园网环境的高校学分制教务管理信息系统的结构、功能，并着重介绍了系统的技术创新点和系统特点。This thesis discussed the structure, function of the credit educational administration management information system based on the campus net environment, and emphasized to introduce the technique innovation and system characteristics.
