摘　　要：对影响高师院校毕业生就业的主要因素进行了分析,并从政府、学校、毕业生及用人单位等四个层面提出解决高师院校毕业生就业难的相应对策。An analysis is made of the main factors affecting the employment of graduates from teachers＇ colleges and universities.Corresponding solutions are put forward to solve the employment problem of graduates from teachers＇ colleges and universities from the perspectives of government, schools, graduates and employers.
