创新人才培养与高校后勤保障工作的思考

摘　　要：创新人才的培养是高校一项战略任务,创新人才的培养离不开学校的后勤保障。在后勤保障工作中,为了更好地对创新人才的培养提供优质服务,高校后勤工作者应努力做到以下几点:更新服务观念,确立“以人为本”的理念,提高后勤工作的服务质量;创新管理方法,提高管理水平,实行微笑服务;改善校园环境,营造和谐舒适的大学校园。The cultivation of innovative talents is an important task of universities. It depends on logistical work. In order to provide better service, logistical staffs must pay attention to the following aspects： the first is to renew their ideas concerning service and create men - oriented theory and to improve logistical service quality; the second is to innovate management approaches, campus and build comfortable and upgrade management and provide satisfactory service; the third is to beautify harmonious studying and working environment.
